Ayatakado employs email communications as the only means to communicate with customers. Please contact Ayatakado via email with reference numbers of the items that you are interested in, then we will reply to you with availability and shipping cost. As each artwork is unique and has particular characteristics, we believe that it is dispensable to provide sufficient information related to the item, such as more images and handling instructions, so that you can have clear pictures of the items before making a purchase.

|PayPal accepts major credit cards. PayPal account is not required when you make payment.
Ayatakado will send a PayPal invoice to your email address once we are ready to ship the ordered item(s). Both customers without a PayPal account as well as PayPal account holders can make payment via PayPal invoice. Payment will be made in Japanese yen.
Taxes and custom duties

|Overseas customers||Please be aware that in some cases there are custom duties or other taxes and fees will be imposed in some countries and Ayatakado has no control over the costs other than the shipping charges paid to us. The customer is responsible for all taxes and other fees incurred during shipment.|

Shipping costs will be notified via email. For international shipping, we use Japan Post's EMS. Using other shipping services or carriers can be arranged by request. All the shipments will be insured.
Your purchases will be shipped within 3 working days of confirmed payment unless we are travelling or having holidays. We will notify you when your purchases have shipped.
In the case of any damage or loss, please report it to both Ayatakado and the local carrier as soon as possible. We will submit a tracking claim to Japan Post to request an investigation. Because the carrier may wish to inspect damaged item(s) and the packaging, please keep them untouched.
Any damage or loss occurred during shipment will be covered by insurance. Separately from damage and loss described above, Ayatakado will accept item returns, except made-to-order items. Please contact Ayatakado within 2 days of receipt if you wish to return the item(s). In the event of a return, the shipping costs with insurance for the full amount are the responsibility of the customer and they are not refundable. The item(s) must be returned undamaged in the original packaging and condition within 2 weeks of delivery. Ayatakado must be notified of shipping details before the item(s) have returned. Please also note that Ayatakado will refund only the original costs of item(s). Any other costs such as shipping, taxes and fees that the customer paid are not refundable. Refund will be made once receipt of undamaged item(s) is confirmed.
